He has owned several successful retail optical locations, has worked as a consultant to many international frame manufacturers, and has lectured extensively on topics related to building a profitable optical dispensary, including inventory selection, managed vision care and insurance issues.

Angelo Benfante is Vice-President of Operations for Partners in Vision. He is a highly motivated management professional with extensive experience in optical dispensary operations.
Angelo began his career in 1988 as an apprentice optician for a optical retailer in northern NJ. He went on to acquire his Opticians License in 1991 and worked for several retailers over the next six years.
From 1997 until joining Partners in Vision in 2009, Angelo worked as Vice President of Operations for an optical management company where he managed established and start up optical dispensaries for Ophthalmology practices in twelve different states throughout the U.S.
While managing a group of regional managers and an optical staff of over 90, he developed and implemented many successful marketing, sales and operational strategies
Throughout this time Angelo showed a proven talent for seamlessly integrating the dispensary into the practice while building good working relationships between the optical and clinical staffs.
